Island View Cottages at Sebastian
Rules
Free parking, free boat slips and free WiFi.
All cottages feature a fully equipped kitchen and full bath with shower. Cottage 10 has a bath
tub.
PETS: Guests with up to two dogs are welcome for an additional $20 per day (up to $100). Please call in advance of making your reservation and we will make sure you are accommodated.
Deluxe cot is available for some cottages with an additional $20 per night. Please arrange a cot in advance.
Any excessive damages will be charged to you and we will provide an itemized bill.
We require a deposit of 25% (or one night’s fee for shorter stays). If you must cancel, notify us
14 days in advance to receive a deposit refund. All cancellations result in a $25 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will result in a forfeited deposit.
Island View Cottages are closed the month of September.
