Cottage 7: Adventure Awaits!
Cottage 7 is a passion project, and one that previously was unavailable to the public. After using it exclusively for our Inn Keepers in the past, we decided it was time to open it up to the Island View Community! (After some upgrades, of course…)
We are proud of what became our “Adventure Room”, and we think that with the open concept living space, large kitchen area, comfortable bed, and one-of-a-kind amenities, that you will love your stay here! Come join us at Cottage 7, your adventure awaits!

The Journey Begins:
As you take this tour, pay close attention to the room’s unique decor, and imagine yourself staying here for a weekend adventure.
A few things to remember: The space is open and we worked hard to maximize the room to give the feel of a much larger area. The decor is inspired by the adventure that Sebastian, FL and the entirety of the Indian River Lagoon offers to both visitors and natives alike. The walls are adorned with maps, adventure paraphernalia (bikes, navigation tools, etc) and the color scheme is both warm and welcoming at the same time. This has all the makings of being your new favorite cottage.
We cannot wait to welcome our guests into their own very Island View Adventure. When you stay here, in the Adventure Room, you’ll see just how amazing our little slice of paradise can be… #AdventureAwaits
