Want to take your loved ones on an unforgettable adventure out on the water? At the Island View Cottages we pride ourselves in thinking outside the box, and creating an environment that is both relaxing and fun for our guests. We would love to help you celebrate the big moments in life by offering our guests a truly unique experience.
As you can see, we are located directly on the water, with a pier that extends out into the Indian River. If you book this experience, we can make arrangements for those Charter boats to come by and pick you and your family, friends, or significant others up! You can go fishing, lay out and get sun, or jump in and out of the boat (we even have floats and games you can use!) and have fun all together! The possibilities are endless!

We are excited to be writing this because if there’s one thing we love above all else it’s sharing our little slice of paradise with you! Look at some of the meaningful events that our guests have chosen to share with the Island View Cottages.
1st Birthday Party
Many of our guests choose to book a cottage for special events. Her family decided they liked the space enough, and thought their little girl would love the experience, and booked a cottage for the weekend. They took tons of pictures, had a birthday party, and gave their daughter a memory she wouldn’t forget!
Option 2: Pregnancy Reveal
This couple thought our home-away-from-home was the perfect blend of beauty and romanticism for their big announcement. You can see our dock is where they chose to take their photos, and they even brought their dog with them to get in on the excitement (Remember, we do have pet friendly rooms available!). The Island View Cottages wishes them a big congratulations, and are so honored that we got to share in their big life moment!

Our Happy Hours have become legendary, with guests coming out to share stories, a complimentary drink or two, and a lot of laughs.
