Cottage 3: Island Inspired
This cottage was designed by Renee Infantino, who spent countless hours trying to realize her vision for what Cottage 3 should look like. We feel this cottage has the potential to be one of your favorites, and its mix of island-inspired decor and upscale layout will surely keep you happy for the duration of your stay.
The Journey Begins:

A few things to remember, This cottage captures the heartbeat of Sebastian, Fl within its walls. You can see how Cottage 3 reflects Florida brilliantly, as inspiration from the citrus groves all around our great state adorn the decor. Inspiration was also taken from the Pelican National Wildlife Refuge directly across the river (Check out the mural above the bed in our photo album). Our designer even tied in some of her favorite colors, yellow and gray, to give the room an additional charm and character that sets it apart from the other cottages.
We are so incredibly proud to have a room of this caliber, and are so pleased with the way it turned out. Who knows, after you see these images, we think you’ll be flocking to Cottage number 3!
